It happened so fast for Dante. One moment he was surrounded by guards, next moment he was stripped down and was now wearing what seemed like a potato sack turned into pants with a strange glowing collar around his neck. The guards were dragging him somewhere and during it, Dante noticed lots of people in cages with collars around their neck like him. It was clear that these people looked innocent so where he was appeared to be run by a corrupted leaders. Yeah, went with something that I like and fits me.

It’s a symbol mechanic from the game darkest dungeon. The symbol is what happens if the character becomes inflicted (the black and red side) or virtuous (the white and yellow) after their stress reaches 100%.
